Buying guide: Samsung Galaxy A14 4G parts
The Galaxy A14 4G (SM-A145F), released in 2023, is Samsung’s classic entry-level phone: 6.6-inch Full HD+ LCD, 5000 mAh battery, 50 MP main camera, 13 MP selfie camera and a side fingerprint reader. Simple and tough, it’s easy to repair: a compatible screen and a fresh battery make it feel new again for a fraction of the price of a new phone.
Careful: the A14 4G is not the A14 5G
They look alike, but almost no parts are shared. This page is for the SM-A145F; the A14 5G is SM-A146B or SM-A146P. Check under Settings → About phone.
The screen: NON EU version

Battery
Compatible 5000 mAh battery for the A145F and the Original Samsung GH81-23314A battery from the A14 range. If your A14 no longer makes it to the evening or shuts down suddenly, this is the repair you’ll notice most.
Charging

Fingerprint and buttons
The reader is in the power button. Fingerprint flex in purple, silver, green and black, so the button still matches your phone. Volume button flex if they stop responding.

Back cover in green, black, silver or purple. SIM and SD tray in black, white, green or purple.
Cameras and sound
Main camera 50 MP, front camera 13 MP, camera lens. Earpiece speaker for calls and loudspeaker for ringtone and music.
