Under Settings → About phone → Model you should see RMX3624. Don’t confuse it with the Realme C31 (RMX3501): they share the battery, but not the screen or the other parts.
The screen

BLP877 battery
BLP877 battery, 5,000 mAh, the same one used in the Realme C31 and Realme C35. If the phone shuts down with charge left, the battery has swollen or it no longer lasts the day, this is the swap you’ll notice most.
Charging
